Geraldine Ong did a Bachelor Degree on Culinary Arts in Dundalk Institute of Technology (DKIT). Geraldine has certain working experience in food and beverage industries which included "Food+ by compass company" the global leader in food catering services and one of the best 5 stars hotel "The Shelbourne Hotel" in Dublin, Ireland.

In the blur of culinary industry competition and innovation, Geraldine is still working as a full time pastry chef in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. To continue her culinary career, she loves experimenting different types of food during her free time.

Geraldine's career goal is to develop and share any healthy or comfort food to different people as well as starting up an online home business food brand "GeezTart" which is currently available now.
